- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a construction background and a feel for project size and scope
- 3+ years in construction or contracting
- Confident negotiation and deal closing, and a professional presence in client meetings
- Working knowledge of tendering, including technical and commercial proposals
- Disciplined pipeline management against clear sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market
Plan, schedule and control cost on our commercial, residential and industrial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil preferred
- Planning, monitoring and project control experience in contracting, including residential and industrial work
- Strong Primavera P6: baseline schedules with logic-linked activities, updates and maintenance
- Resource and cost loading of labour, equipment and materials
- Cash flow, S-curves, and manpower and equipment histograms
- Earned value tracking (PV, EV, AC) against planned progress
- Weekly, monthly and 1/2/3-week look-ahead reports
- Critical path monitoring, delay analysis and recovery plans
- Tracking procurement schedules, material status and subcontractor performance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
Build and update project programmes alongside our planning and BIM teams.
- 7+ years of planning experience on construction projects
- Primavera P6 scheduling and progress reporting
Lead site delivery on high-rise residential tower projects.
- 10+ years in civil construction
- Continuous work on high-rise towers for at least the last 3 years
- Hands-on deep foundation and piling works, including pile execution and testing
- Post-tensioning works: execution, coordination, inspection and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of structural and civil activities for high-rise buildings
- Management of site activities, subcontractors, manpower and daily progress
- Method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, RFIs and inspection procedures
- Coordination with consultants, subcontractors and other disciplines under schedule and quality pressure
Lead complete projects across our commercial and industrial portfolio.
- 15+ years of construction experience
- Proven leadership of multi-discipline projects
Mechanical works on commercial and industrial projects.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- MEP and HVAC site execution
Electrical works on commercial and industrial projects.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Power distribution and lighting site execution
Run site safety across active projects.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Construction HSE management
Quality assurance and control on site.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Inspection and test plans and quality documentation
Coordinate BIM models across all disciplines.
- 10 years of experience
- Multi-discipline model coordination and clash detection
Civil and structural BIM modelling.
- 7+ years of experience
Architectural BIM modelling.
