RAC is the main contractor on the Refad Dry Store, a 19,000 m² dry-storage facility inside King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam. Our name is on the site signboard as main contractor, and handover is targeted for 2027.
Where the project stands
Drone footage of the site was captured on 17 September 2026. The photos in this update come from that footage and show the site works in progress.
Why a port site is different
Working inside an operating port means security clearances for people and vehicles, controlled delivery windows and close coordination with port operations. Planning those constraints into the programme from day one keeps the schedule realistic.
